SnugZzzy - Terms of Service

Welcome to SnugZzzy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of snugzzzy.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. SnugZzzy is a product of Comfecto LLC ("Comfecto," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
  • Please use the Site only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not misuse it, try to break it, copy it, or interfere with other visitors.
  • If you create an account, keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Products, orders, and pricing

  • We do our best to describe and show SnugZzzy accurately. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and small variations can occur.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Current pricing and any specials are shown on the Site and on our Shipping and Returns page. Prices and promotions may change at any time, but changes will not affect an order we have already confirmed.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may limit or cancel orders, for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing or listing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
  • Sales tax is added at checkout where required.

Payment

Payment is due when you place your order. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.

Shipping

Shipping rates, delivery timing, and how pricing works for additional blankets are explained on our Shipping and Returns page, which is part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is handed to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The SnugZzzy name, logo, designs, photos, videos, text, and everything else on the Site belong to Comfecto LLC or its licensors and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, except to view the Site and share links to it.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photo, idea, or other content, you give us permission to use, display, and share it in connection with SnugZzzy, including in marketing, without payment to you. Please keep submissions honest and respectful.

Disclaimers

We stand behind SnugZzzy, but the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Please follow the care instructions (machine wash cold, do not bleach, tumble dry low, do not iron, do not dry clean). SnugZzzy is not intended for use by infants or as a sleep product for babies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Comfecto LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to protect Comfecto LLC from claims or costs arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Charles County, Maryland, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
