SnugZzzy “Pick the Next Color” Giveaway: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Comfecto LLC, the maker of SnugZzzy, 173 Saint Patricks Drive, Suite 104, Waldorf, Maryland 20603 (“Sponsor”). Contact: [email protected].
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States (the 50 states and the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older when they enter. Residents of any other country or territory are not eligible. The following people are not eligible: employees, officers, contractors and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, anyone involved in running the Giveaway, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of any of them. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. Giveaway Period
Voting opened on SnugZzzy.com on October 1, 2026. The formal Giveaway Period started on November 1, 2026, and all valid votes cast from October 1, 2026 onward count as entries. The Giveaway ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on March 1, 2027. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
a) Vote to enter. During the Giveaway Period, go to the SnugZzzy website at SnugZzzy.com and vote for your favorite color through the main entry form, following the instructions on the site. Each valid vote counts as one entry.
b) Free alternate entry (no purchase or vote necessary). Instead of voting through the main entry form, you can enter for free by emailing [email protected] during the Giveaway Period. Use the subject line “SnugZzzy Color Giveaway” and include your full name, mailing address, phone number, and your color pick. Alternate email entries have the same chance of winning as voting entries.
c) Limit. One entry per person for the whole Giveaway Period, by either method but not both. Extra votes, duplicate entries, or entries made with bots, scripts or other automated means will be disqualified. If there’s a dispute over who entered, the entry belongs to the authorized holder of the email address used.
5. Winning Color
The color with the most votes at the end of the Giveaway Period becomes the winning color. Sponsor may produce that color but isn’t required to, and may decide ties or adjust the final color for production reasons. Picking the winning color doesn’t affect your chances of winning the prize.
6. Winner Selection
After the Giveaway ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 1, 2027, Sponsor will count all valid votes and alternate entries and randomly pick one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries on March 2, 2027, and in any case no later than five (5) business days after the Giveaway ends. Every entry has an equal chance, regardless of which color the entrant voted for. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
7. Prize
One (1) prize: one SnugZzzy blanket in the winning color. The total approximate retail value is over $129, made up of the blanket’s $129 retail price plus the standard shipping that would normally be charged (about $20), for a total of about $149. SnugZzzy (Sponsor) pays all shipping costs to deliver the prize to the winner’s U.S. address, so shipping is free for the winner. The prize can’t be transferred or swapped for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any taxes on the prize are the winner’s responsibility. If the winning color isn’t available yet, Sponsor will ship it once it’s produced or offer the closest available color, at the winner’s choice.
8. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Notification and Claim
Sponsor will contact the potential winner by email, or by phone if one was provided, using the contact details given with their entry. To claim the prize, the winner must reply with their first name, state and email address within seven (7) days after the Giveaway ends. This is the only claim deadline. Once the winner is confirmed, Sponsor will get the winner’s U.S. shipping address so it can ship the prize. Sponsor may require the winner to sign a statement of eligibility and a liability and publicity release.
Alternate winner. If the potential winner doesn’t respond within seven (7) days after the Giveaway ends, is found ineligible, is disqualified, or the notice comes back undeliverable, they forfeit the prize. Sponsor may then pick an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
10. Publicity
Unless the law prohibits it, accepting the prize gives Sponsor permission to use the winner’s first name, city and state for promotion without extra payment.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release Sponsor from any liability for injury, loss or damage connected to the Giveaway or the prize. Sponsor isn’t responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, technical failures, or website outages.
12. Right to Modify or Cancel
If fraud, technical problems or anything else beyond Sponsor’s control compromises the Giveaway, Sponsor may change, suspend or cancel it and award the prize from eligible entries received before that point. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules.
13. Website-Only Voting
Voting is available only through the SnugZzzy website at SnugZzzy.com, apart from the free alternate email entry described in Section 4b. There are no social media or other platform voting options, and votes, comments, likes or messages sent through any social media platform do not count as entries.
14. Privacy
Sponsor will use entrant information only to run the Giveaway and deliver the prize, and as described in the SnugZzzy Privacy Policy at get.snugzzzy.com/privacy-policy.
15. Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, in the state or federal courts located in Charles County, Maryland.
