Shipping is a flat rate anywhere in the U.S., no matter where your order is headed, and it gets lower the more blankets you order: $20 for 1 blanket, $10 for 2 blankets, and free for 3 blankets.
Examples:
- 1 blanket: $97.97 + $20 shipping = $117.97
- 2 blankets: $175.94 + $10 shipping = $185.94
- 3 blankets: $233.91 + free shipping = $233.91
Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.
Processing and delivery
- Orders usually ship within a few days of being placed.
- Once shipped, your SnugZzzy should arrive in about 2-4 weeks.
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently offer international shipping.
- You will get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
- Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Returns
We hope you love your SnugZzzy. If something is not right, we will help make it right.
- Return window: You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- How to start a return: Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made a mistake.
- Refunds: Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges; return the item for a refund and place a new order.
