SnugZzzy is a product of Comfecto LLC ("Comfecto," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit snugzzzy.com (the "Site") or buy a SnugZzzy, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to get your SnugZzzy to you and keep you in the loop.

Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Your full card number goes directly to them and is not stored by us. We receive limited details, such as the last four digits of your card, the card type, and whether the payment went through.

We keep order and customer information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle returns and support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, generally 7 years for order records. Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and payments are processed over secure, encrypted connections by our payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (such as name, email, and address), commercial information (purchase history), and internet activity (Site usage and cookie data) for the purposes described above.
